Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or any time after the appointment has started, are subject to a charge of 100% of the booked service amount.

Reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a charge of 100% of the booked service amount, applied as a service credit toward your next booked visit. Credits are valid for 6 months from the original appointment date and apply only to your next booked visit. If that visit is rescheduled again within 24 hours or cancelled, the credit is forfeited.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice are treated as no-shows and subject to the full 100% charge, with the appointment forfeited.
